Saturday was probably my favourite day this week. My mother and younger sister came for a visit and we spent the day in the city. We went for lunch at Miznon, a new israeli restaurant-bar, which serves the most delicious, street-food inspired meals. We all had the vegetarian pitas, one with cauliflowers, and the other two with potatoes and ratatuille. It was so good! And the atmosphere was awesome, the cooks were shouting the orders, there was music, lots of people, kids running around – it felt like this place was bursting with energy! I’ll definitely go there more often in the future.

We then stopped at some of our favourite shops, did some window shopping and caught up with what everyone was doing and how things were going. Later, we went to my other sister’s place and had some tea and cake. And after my mother and sister drove back home, I went to a birthday party of one of my classmates and celebrated until the early morning. So, yes. Saturday was a good day :)
