My sister was in Vienna this week! She will model for our show and was in school for fittings. We planned to do a lot of things together but were to tired to do anything most of the time… But we did manage to go to Flanagans again – a new tradition now! But the best thing [we ate] this week was the salad we made on tuesday, with fresh produce she brought from the markets in Salzburg: roasted squash and pears (some raw) with blanched kale, cooked red beets, shredded carrots, feta cheese, chopped nuts and some pomegranate seeds on top. It was epic :) Very delicious and it looked amazing as well! A perfect, winter salad, super tasty and super healthy.
